Before you book
Questions about booking with us
Do I have to pay the full price in advance?
No. For bookings made in advance, a 30% payment confirms your tour, and the remaining 70% is paid on the day before the tour starts.
What if my plans change?
You can cancel a day tour free of charge, or move it to another date, up to 24 hours before your pickup time. Itineraries and group bookings can be cancelled free up to 72 hours before. The cancellation policy has the details.
Can I book at short notice?
Often, yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your tour and group size and we'll check what's available. For the best choice of times, especially in the winter season and on holidays, book a few days ahead.
Are your tours good for families with children?
Yes. Tell us the ages of your children when you book, and we'll recommend a suitable tour and arrange a child seat if you need one. A private vehicle is often the most comfortable choice for families.
