Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Arabian Skyline Tourism collects when you look at our website, send us an enquiry or book a tour, why we need it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated: 9 October 2026

The short version

  • We only ask for what we need to arrange your tour: your name, phone number, pickup area and trip details. Email is optional.
  • We use it to reply to you and run your booking. We don't sell it and we don't send newsletters.
  • Our website uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics tools.
  • You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details.

1. Who we are

Arabian Skyline Tourism is a tour agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We run desert safaris, city tours, dune buggy rides and day trips across the UAE. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Arabian Skyline Tourism, and "you" means anyone who visits arabianskylinetourism.com or contacts us about a tour.

We are responsible for the personal information described here. We handle it in line with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you use the booking form on our website, we receive:

  • the tour you're interested in, your preferred date, and the number of adults and children
  • your pickup hotel or area (optional)
  • your name and phone or WhatsApp number
  • your email address (optional)

If you message us on WhatsApp, call us or email us, we receive whatever you choose to tell us, together with your phone number or email address. During a booking you may also share details such as children's ages, dietary needs or health information relevant to an activity (for example, for dune bashing). Please only share what's needed for your tour.

Information collected automatically

When a booking request is sent through our form, we also record:

  • the date and time of the request and the page it was sent from
  • a short reference code showing which page and button you used, so we can follow up correctly
  • your browser type (for example, "Chrome on Android")
  • a scrambled, one-way code made from your internet address. We use it only to block spam and repeated automated requests. It doesn't store your actual internet address and can't be turned back into it.

Like almost every website, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as the pages requested and the visitor's internet address, to keep the site running and secure.

We don't use your details for automated decisions, and we don't send marketing messages. If you'd like to hear about future offers, just tell us. You can change your mind at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal information. We only share it when it's needed to run your tour or our website:

  • Drivers, guides and activity providers who run your tour, such as desert camps and buggy operators. They receive only what they need, usually your name, phone number, pickup location and group size.
  • Our website host, Hostinger, which stores our website and the booking database.
  • FormSubmit, a form service that forwards booking requests from our website to our email inbox.
  • Google (Gmail), which provides our email inbox, and WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.
  • Authorities, only if UAE law requires it.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside the UAE. We only use well-established providers that keep data secure.

5. Cookies and browser storage

Our website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools.

When you send a booking request, your browser briefly keeps a short summary of it (the tour, date, group size and reference code), so the thank-you page can show it back to you. This is stored in your browser's session storage, is never sent to us, and is deleted automatically when you close the tab.

If we add analytics in future, we'll update this policy first.

6. Other services our website uses

To load quickly and look right, our pages use a few outside services. Your browser connects to them directly, which means they can see your internet address:

  • Google Fonts, for the typefaces on our pages
  • Unsplash, for some of the photos on our pages
  • WhatsApp, which opens when you tap any WhatsApp button

These services have their own privacy policies, which explain how they handle that information.

7. How long we keep it

We keep booking requests and messages for as long as we need them to arrange your tour, handle any questions or refunds afterwards, and keep proper business and accounting records. After that we delete them. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will, unless the law requires us to keep them.

8. How we protect it

  • Our whole website uses a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS).
  • Booking requests are stored in a private database that can't be opened from the website. Only our team can see it, through a password-protected admin page.
  • Database passwords are kept outside the public part of our website.
  • Our booking form has spam protection and limits on repeated requests.

No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information and limit who can see it.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
  • correct anything that's wrong or out of date
  • delete your information
  • stop using it for a particular purpose

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by messaging from the same phone number you booked with. We'll respond as soon as we can. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office.

10. Children

Our website and booking form are meant for adults. Children can of course join our tours, but bookings must be made by a parent, guardian or another adult in the group, who may tell us children's ages for pricing and safety. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If we make an important change, such as adding analytics, we'll make it clear on this page.

12. Contact us
