Choose a tour and send us your date and group size on WhatsApp, by email, or with the booking form. We reply with availability and the price, and your booking is confirmed once we've confirmed it in writing.

For tours booked in advance we ask for 30% of the total to secure your place. The other 70% is paid on the day, before your tour begins. Full details are in our terms and conditions.

It depends on the tour. Shared tours, such as the evening desert safari or the Abu Dhabi sharing tour, are priced per person. Private tours, city tours and dune buggies are priced per vehicle or buggy. Each tour page says which applies.

Last-minute bookings are often possible, depending on seats and vehicles. WhatsApp is the quickest way to check. In the busy winter months and on public holidays, booking a few days ahead gives you the best choice.

We collect guests from hotels, apartments and homes in Dubai for our safaris, city tours and day trips. The Abu Dhabi tour can also start from the Dubai cruise terminal. For pickups in other emirates, ask us first.

We send your pickup time by message before the day of your tour. Please be ready a few minutes early with your phone on, as times can shift slightly with traffic.

On sharing tours the vehicle can only wait around 10 minutes, as other guests are on board, so a late guest may miss the tour. See the no-show rules.

Pickup is from around 2:00 pm, with drop-off at about 9:30 pm. You get dune bashing, a sunset stop, sandboarding, a camel ride, a BBQ dinner and live shows. See the evening safari for everything that's included.

Both share the same dunes, sunset and shows. The VIP safari, from AED 149, adds VIP seating at the camp and a live BBQ served without waiting in line.

Yes. The camp buffet has vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Mention any allergies or special diets when you book and we'll pass them on.

Pregnant women, infants under two and anyone with back, neck or heart problems should skip the dune drive. They can travel with the group and join everyone at the camp.

Not on the standard safari, but you can add one. The quad bike safari includes a 30-minute ride, and the premium safari includes a quad bike for every guest.

The half day tour runs from about 7:30 am to 1:00 pm and costs AED 550 for up to six people. The full day tour lasts 8 to 9 hours and costs AED 845.

Loose clothes that cover your arms and legs. Women also need a headscarf. Please pack one, as you won't be allowed in without the right clothing.

Pickup is at 7:00 am, and the tour lasts 7 to 8 hours, so you're back in Dubai in the early afternoon. Meals, entry tickets and kayaking are paid separately. See the Hatta mountain tour.

Please carry your passport or Emirates ID on any trip outside Dubai, and for attractions that ask for ID.

Each ride lasts 30 minutes. A 1-seat buggy is AED 550, a 2-seat AED 750 and a 4-seat AED 850. Compare them on our dune buggy page.

Not automatically. A return transfer from your hotel can be added for AED 350, or you can make your own way to the desert.

No. Our itineraries cover the tours and transport in the UAE, plus DXB airport transfers on the 3 to 7 day plans. You book your own flights and hotel.

Yes. On the 3 to 7 day itineraries, a private car and driver costs AED 990 per day for up to 10 hours. The 1-day itinerary can be private for AED 1,250.

Yes, children are welcome on most tours. Share their ages when you book so we can confirm prices and suggest the right tour. Child seats are available on request.

Many are, especially private city tours, where the pace can be adjusted. Tell us about any mobility needs before booking and we'll advise honestly.

Day tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup, and itineraries or group bookings up to 72 hours before. Read the cancellation policy for the full rules.

If we have to cancel because of rain, sandstorms or official closures, you choose a new date, a different tour, or a full refund.

Card refunds usually reach your account within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your bank.
